Depression, Stress & Anxiety Results

Welcome to your assessment results!

Your upward spiral starts with a better understanding of what’s actually happening beneath the surface. Below is a snapshot of your current levels of depression, stress, and anxiety compared to the general population.

And regardless of what the numbers say, what matters most is this: if overthinking or anxiety are quietly interfering with your work, your confidence, or your ability to be fully present with the people you care about, there’s a way forward. Neuroscience shows that these patterns aren’t flaws. They’re brain circuits that can be reshaped.

Review your results below, then keep reading to understand what you can do about the problem.

This assessment gives useful context, but it has limits. It can show where your answers fall statistically… But it can’t tell you how long this has been weighing on you, how much time and energy it’s been costing you, or what kind of support would actually solve the root cause of the problem.

If you’ve haven’t tried any of the basics (self-help books, meditation, therapy, positive thinking, etc) that’s the easiest place to start. But if you’ve tried the basics and this has still been a problem for at least 6 months, that usually suggests a deeper pattern, not a lack of effort (particularly for high-achievers). Depending on what’s going, there might be a better way to address the root cause without spending hours meditating or months in therapy.

If you’re curious about what’s driving your results, and what you can do about it, I offer a complimentary Overthinking Breakthrough Assessment.

It’s a short, focused conversation to:

  • Understand the pattern behind your results
  • See why it’s been so persistent
  • Clarify what kind of approach would actually make sense for you

No pressure. No commitment. Just clarity.
